Prior to forming Reconcile Search in 2022, Sean Maguire spent over 12 years within practice and industry roles as an accounting professional. On successful completion of his ICAEW exams in 2012, Sean continued to work within audit at a Big 4 practice before moving into financial services as an Accountant in 2013 serving clients in the UK and internationally. With over six years as a people-manager for qualified and part-qualified Accountants, Sean fully understands the challenges experienced by both candidates and hiring managers in Northern Ireland.

We believe that owner-managed, independent businesses offer the best for clients in a service-led industry like talent sourcing.
