Sean is an ICAEW Qualified Accountant with ten years post-qualified experience. Having begun his training contract with KPMG Channel Islands as an Auditor, Sean returned home to Belfast to take a role as an Accountant serving clients within Financial Services.
Across this time, Sean has experienced a range of changes in the profession from paperless to digital audit, FRS 101 and other reporting framework overhauls, numerous regulatory changes, in-sourcing, outsourcing and restructuring.
A people-manager of over six years, Sean understands the challenges faced by both hiring managers and accountants in finding the role that works best for all parties. Having served clients from a vast range of cultures, backgrounds and industries, Sean communicates at ease with people at all levels within an organisation as well as candidates of every vintage. Sean is always interested in hearing from local business leaders to understand their challenges and successes.
